The 2017 Yan Spring Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon exhibits rich dark fruit, vibrant acidity, and an expansive finish. Capturing the essence of mountain-grown fruit, the wine is powerful yet graceful, with perfumed aromas of anise, butterscotch and blackberries. The savory, dense palate features dark fruits along with black cherry and spice. While delicious now, the wine will gracefully build in complexity as it ages. 50 cases produced. | Yan Cellars

Definitely stands out in this range, the spring mountain profile is unmistakable. Beautiful finish with a luxurious mouth-feel. It's a very delicious young cab and I would cellar this 2017 Yan for 5-10 years.
