A beautiful nose of black raspberry and dried strawberry are immediately apparent. The inherent dried meat and grilled herb qualitites, including clove and allspice, take a secondary role in this wonderful offering from Bucher Vineyard. The front of the palate is saturated with raspberry and cherry, which provide a roundness on the tongue. Hints of saddle leather emerge on teh mid-palate, with a wonderful surprising lift of citrus at the conclusion. |Winemaker's Notes, Williams SelyemThe Bucher Vineyard is located about 1.5 miles north of our winemaking facility on Westside Road.
