2019 was a cooler vintage in Washington State and the second vintage from WeatherEye that we couldn't be more excited to be a part of. This Grenache came primarily from Block 15 that is planted at 1250 ft on the North Slope. With 4 different clones of Grenache trained in 4x4 ft high density spacing. We let the bush vines sprawl int he 2019 vintage so to get a little more strength on them. With the ripeness of the stems and elongated hang time in 2019, we are able to include 50% stems to give us age worthy strucutre on top of the beautiful acid retenton. Aged 30 months without racking, so please allow air if drinking young to experience the perfume this wine has to offer! 55 cases produced. | Upsidedown Wines
