2020 Distenta II Proprietary White Blend | Ventura, California 750 ml

If I may say this myself without coming off like...an overly gross wine peddler, we have been on a mighty good streak with our Whites as of late and this one certainly continues the run... We tasted it several times because it's so tasty. The notes say:
The whole thing starts out teasing your eyes with a rather solid, deep golden color. There is an enveloping essence with an expressive, rich but well-mannered bouquet of fresh honey (typical from Roussanne and Petit Manseng) and exotic island fruits. The mouth is super creamy and rather complicated/complex as it makes you constantly ask yourself "what is it I am tasting NOW?" The wine is lush, long and certainly no slouch, but it is lively and agile too and just makes you want more. A very complete and delicious delight. | Manfred Krankl for SQN

I know the reds get all the attention here, but the whites are absolutely at the same level, and I don't know anyone doing white blends like this at the same level... Incredible aromatics of buttered apricots, acacia flowers, orange blossom, brioche, and caramelized pineapple all define this youthful, primordial white that's full-bodied, has a pure, layered mouthfeel, beautiful freshness, and a great finish.
