From the old Moffet Ranch Vineyard (now called MBar) on the west side of Oakville, the 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon MBar Ranch Vineyard offers classic Cabernet notes of ripe blue fruits as well as lots of floral and herbal background nuances. I love the palate, and it's medium to full-bodied, with the vintage's concentrated, structured mouthfeel, silky tannins, and a great finish.
