Our Domaine Eden Cabernet is unique in the California Cabernet world as it is a blend of five distinct vineyards in the middle of our large appellation. Based on the classic Bordeaux blends of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petite Verdot, and Malbec, all the varieties are fermented individually on native yeasts and aged in oak separately until the final blending at fifteen months.
