Trousseau Noir - Cabernet Pfeffer - Valdiguie - Gamay - Poulsard

Emerging from several risk-taking vineyards dotted about Northern California. Composed of some very unique, rare varietites: 44% Trousseau Noir, 22% Gamay 18% Valdiguie, 13% Cabernet Pfeffer and 3% Poulsard. All components fermented separately, paritally carbonic for brightness and all whole cluster adding to the complex spice aromas. Delicate and lean, mineral-laden, raspberry and cranberry scented with incense, tobacco, petrichor and black peppercorn. | Jolie-Laide Wines
