2022 Andremily White Cuvee | Santa Barbara County California 750ml 40% Chardonnay 26% Roussanne 19% Marsanne 15% Viognier
This beauty really delivers with its mind-boggling array of lemon tart, ripe orange, marmalade, grapefruit, flower oil, honey, and wafts of struck flint. Medium-bodied, the palate reveals a stunning, satiny texture with loads of savory layers and ample acidity providing great lift. We are so excited to be able to add such a beautiful white to our lineup. Unfortunately, quantities are still quite small for this wine, and we will sell out fast. | Andremily
Awesome notes of buttered citrus, toasted spice, brioche, toasted almonds, and white flowers all emerge from 2022 White Cuvee, a rich, full-bodied white based on 35% Chardonnay, 28% Roussanne, 21% Marsanne, and the rest Viognier. With that classic Andremily richness and breadth, it stays flawlessly balanced, has good acidity, and a great finish. It's a stunning white that readers should snatch up. I love it today, yet it should have 4-6 years of prime drinking, possibly longer. But why wait? | 97 points Jeb Dunnuck for jebdunnuck.com With years of experience working with Manfred Krankl of the infamous Sine Qua Non Wines, Jim Binns is now taking fruit from a select few sites in Santa Barbara County to craft his own version of a bold, sumptuous, uninhibited Rhone varietal wine with a focus on quality over quantity.
