The secret is out - Fingers Crossed makes a damn good White Wine... we believe that our white wine drinks more like a red. This is the result of our quest for richness and complexity, both in flavor and texture. The fruit hails from two of our favorite vineyards - Sanford & Benedict and Bien Nacido. An exquisite golden/green hue and mouthcoating viscosity are followed by notes of kumquats, Marcona almonds, brioche and honeycomb. Rich, round, focused. Built to last. To answer the frequently asked question of how to best serve this wine, we borrow (OK, steal) a line from the incomparable Helen Turley of Marcassin - "don't kill the wine with an ice bucket!" Perfectly said, Helen. These shine brightest when not served cold. Think Red Wine. 55-65 degrees Fahrenheit is ideal; that's the sweet spot where taste, texture and aromatics collide. And remember to decant! 336 produced. | Nikolas & Julia Krankl for Fingers Crossed...a beautiful white offering incredible aromatics of stone fruits, crushed stone, charcoal, white flowers, and subtel nutty, toasty nuances. It's richly textured, medium to full-bodied, has terrific freshness, and a gorgeous finish. | 95-97 Jeb Dunnuck for jebdunnuck.com
